I’m a grateful Mom of three magnificent humans and one dog, a GiGi to two darling granddaughters, and I have a fabulous spouse who eats more whole food now than ever. Yay!

My goals are to age well, live a vibrant, healthy life, and model healthy living for my family. How do I accomplish these goals? By choosing and preparing nutrient-rich food, exercising, practicing positive mindful living, and embarking on brain-challenging endeavors such as blogging. Lol!

What is Whole Food Plant-Based? WFPB is fresh or minimally processed whole food which includes whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. I invite you to join me as I document my favorite WFPB recipes and post helpful resources to support our WFPB life.
